Our proud history

Platinum care was founded in 2012 in order to provide home care in Bury and the surrounding area with professional, experienced and caring support workers, enabling clients to remain in their own homes and keep their independence.

Platinum Care was awarded Highly Commended in the Best in Class Start-Up category at the Best of Bury celebration of local business. In recognition of our outstanding success in delivering high-quality home care in Bury

 

The expansion of our business meant we needed a new office location to continue to deliver the highest quality home care in Bury, We relocated to much larger premises that enabled us to deliver on-site training and further improved and new care services. Our new premises were ready and the move commenced. We are now based in Eton Hill Business Park, Bury Road, Radcliffe. Our offices are well located to cover all our domiciliary and home care in Bury

Our mission and vision

Platinum Care is committed to providing high-quality health care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organisations in need of supplemental staffing (such as certified home health and hospice agencies, health plans, hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities).

Our priority is to provide state-of-the-art and compassionate in-home care from highly-trained care professionals and aides. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we hire the most experienced personnel, but we provide them with in-depth person-specific training so that they can deliver specialised care to our clients.

At Platinum care, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.

We provide everyone we support with the opportunity to continue to live life to the full. We actively encourage Service Users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves, and ultimately, to move on to more independent living arrangements.

We facilitate and support our Service Users to pursue meaningful and personalised lifestyles. We provide individually planned education & leisure opportunities to support each individual in their ongoing development.
